Great experience at Boo Furniture. Special thanks to Li Jun. She is knowledgeable and patient in explaining to us the different wood used in the furnitures. She is also very responsive in answering our queries regarding our purchase of a customized dining table.

Amazing quality furniture proudly made in Malaysia in a workshop in the vicinity of their showroom. Great customer service and endless customisation options. Instead of having to settle on a store bought good enough, you are able to choose the choice of wood, and the colour of the stain. You even choose the type of edging, the heights to the centimetre and the choice and material of cushioning. For our marble table, they personally took us to the marble factory to choose our piece. Do look for Li Jun who is very prompt in coordinating everything in person and on WhatsApp to Singapore to minimise our visits into Malaysia. As they have their own factory, they also make a lot of dishes and dispensers out of wood and marble.

A big thank-you to Li Jun for her outstanding assistance. We brought our house layout to the store and asked many (perhaps a bit unusual!) questions. Li Jun answered each one with confidence and clarity, demonstrating deep product knowledge and expertise in teak wood.

After we placed our order, Li Jun kept us updated on the manufacturing progress and delivery arrangements, sending photos and WhatsApp messages throughout the process, a great customer experience from start to finish.

Delivery:
On delivery day, the delivery team called ahead, arrived punctually, and handled the entire installation. The furniture was well packed and protected, and everything was completed smoothly within the scheduled timeframe.

Quality:
Since our teak furniture has just arrived, we can’t yet comment on long-term durability. However, the pieces match exactly what we ordered in both size and color, and the teak wood looks absolutely well-crafted.

Enquired about a TV console through the website and was assisted by Yasmine, who was very prompt and pleasant throughout the process. Great service, and the quality and workmanship are excellent. During delivery, the staff helped adjust the TV console to make sure it was stable and did a quick check to ensure everything was in order. Yasmine even followed up after delivery to check that everything was okay — really appreciate the thoughtful service.

Fuss-free purchase — what you see on the website is what you get! Hardly needed to visit the showroom at all. Will definitely come back again for more furniture.
