A big thank-you to Li Jun for her outstanding assistance. We brought our house layout to the store and asked many (perhaps a bit unusual!) questions. Li Jun answered each one with confidence and clarity, demonstrating deep product knowledge and expertise in teak wood.

After we placed our order, Li Jun kept us updated on the manufacturing progress and delivery arrangements, sending photos and WhatsApp messages throughout the process, a great customer experience from start to finish.

Delivery:
On delivery day, the delivery team called ahead, arrived punctually, and handled the entire installation. The furniture was well packed and protected, and everything was completed smoothly within the scheduled timeframe.

Quality:
Since our teak furniture has just arrived, we can’t yet comment on long-term durability. However, the pieces match exactly what we ordered in both size and color, and the teak wood looks absolutely well-crafted.
