This Service Policy outlines the terms under which our company provides services relating to furniture purchase, delivery, installation, after-sales support, and related activities.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms listed below.
2. Order & Service Confirmation
- Services begin once an order is verified and full payment or deposit is received.
- For customised items, additional confirmation of measurements, materials, and specifications will be required.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on stock availability, delivery area, or other operational limitations.
3. Product & Customisation
- We aim to ensure all product details, measurements, and visuals are accurate.
- Colours, tones, and texture may vary slightly due to screen display, natural material differences, or fabrication processes.
- For custom-made products (measurements, finishing, colours), customers are responsible for ensuring all approved specifications are correct.
Note: Custom-made items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless found defective upon delivery.
4. Measurements & Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate measurement of space
- Adequate access during delivery (door size, lift access, stairs, hallway clearance)
- Proper environment for installation (dry, clean, safe area)
Any delivery or installation difficulties caused by inaccurate measurements or access limitations may result in:
- Additional handling charges
- Failure to deliver/install
- Rescheduling fees
5. Installation Service
- Installation services (if included or requested) must be arranged in advance.
- Customers must ensure safe site conditions before and during installation.
- Unauthorized modifications to the product or installation void any warranty.
6. Lead Time
- Lead time for ready-stock items is typically shorter than custom or pre-order items.
- Estimated lead times are provided at the point of order but may vary depending on supplier, logistics, and unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify customers of any significant delays.
7. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to:
- Inspect items upon delivery
- Report visible defects, damages, or discrepancies immediately
Acceptance of goods upon delivery indicates that the item has been received in its expected condition.
8. Service Warranty / After-Sales Support
- Warranty coverage differs depending on product type and material.
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, alteration, wear & tear, environmental impact, exposure to moisture/heat, or improper cleaning is not covered.
If service is required after the warranty period, additional charges may apply.
9. Cancellation / Changes
- Standard items may be cancelled before delivery arrangement is finalized.
- Custom-made, personalised, clearance, and promotional items are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- If cancellation is allowed, processing fees may apply.
