1. Delivery Coverage & Charges
We deliver throughout Malaysia and selected international destinations such as Singapore.
- Delivery fees vary depending on destination, product size, and total order value.
- Any additional charges such as taxes, tolls, or cross-border duties will be borne by the customer.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Ready-stock items will generally be delivered within 14 working days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order or custom-made items will have longer lead times as stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on weather, stock availability, or logistic schedules.
3. Delivery Preparation & Packaging
All items are thoroughly checked, securely packed, and prepared for transportation.
For bulky furniture, please ensure that the delivery area has clear access (e.g., stairways, doorways, or lifts). Additional charges may apply if special handling is required.
4. Delivery Procedure & Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect all items carefully before signing the delivery note.
- Report any visible damage, missing items, or defects to our delivery team immediately.
- Signing the delivery note indicates that the goods have been received in good condition.
5. Cross-Border Deliveries
For deliveries outside Malaysia, such as to Singapore, additional import taxes or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for cross-border shipments may vary depending on customs clearance and transport conditions.
6. Rescheduling & Failed Delivery
If you are unable to receive the goods at the scheduled time, please contact us in advance to reschedule.
- Re-delivery fees may apply if our team is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, no access, or recipient unavailability.
- Storage or handling charges may apply for delayed deliveries caused by customer-related reasons.
7. Liability for Damage or Loss
Once goods are delivered and accepted by the customer, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage.
If damage occurs during transport, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and take appropriate action.
